I have had an ominousness for a while now. If I could put it into words it would be to say that things in our world have digressed to a much lower point than most of us are aware of. God however is not leaving the Church without warning, thus news alerts like this one. God’s end-time clock is much farther along than we’d like to admit it is.
There are many that think it is sensationalism to say that we are at the end of the age. It is not comfortable, it does not fit within our carefully planned life, nor do we want to think about it. Facts however don’t adjust themselves to fit our dreams–especially when they are connected with Bible prophecy.
I am in the process of doing a series called, “Suddenly” which deals with the different things Jesus told us to watch for at the end of the age, and I’m doing them in order, but will likely insert critical news items as they come up–like this news flash.
So for today’s alert:
We know that war has been brewing for a long time. We have seen so many warnings that we’ve almost become inured to it. We have seen one threat after another and have gotten so used to it that we hardly pay attention. We must be watchful, regardless.
Here is what is just now unfolding:

Israel’s defence department has set aside the equivalent of near 3 billion American dollars or so for the pre-emptive attack on Iran’s nuclear program. We’ve known of their need to do so for a while, but this is the first time they have allocated the funds for the attack.
Comment: Israel has known for quite some time that they will have to take the step with Iran. They keep receiving threats. One of the latest was from a top leader in Iran who said that Allah was bringing the world’s Jews back into Israel so that Iran could kill them all! Yet, it is Israel that gets the criticism from the world of being the thorn in everyone’s side. It is hellishly insane.

Israel today gave the order to close all 103 of its foreign embassies, consulates, and diplomatic missions in the world.
Comment: This is a full-fledged strike by the foreign ministry. It is being called a move by the union in control. It is possible that this is what it is, but the timing of it is more than a little bit suspect. This being after the finances being voted available to pay for the pre-emptive attack to destroy Iran’s nuclear program. Also, never in Israel’s history has the foreign ministry been shut down completely, including in Jerusalem. Israel is being cornered and the world condemns them regardless of what they do. They are at the point to where they do not care what the world says or thinks. They will do what is necessary to protect their citizens, no matter if they turn the whole world against them. The Bible tells us in Zechariah that this is exactly what will happen. If it is not imminent, it will be very, very soon because Iran is farther along in their nuclear program than they are letting on.

To add to this, North Korea continues to be out of control and has fired 16 more rockets without warning anyone, at a time when the US and South Korea are holding military exercises not far away. This is after other launchings, one of them narrowly missing a commercial jet by minutes that flew through the same flight path.
Comment: The young leader of North Korea is demon possessed and is following the leading of the devil himself. He has no fear of setting off a world war because Satan has the destruction of the human race in his agenda. Trouble is more than just brewing in the Pacific.
Here is what I see: Biblically, Israel has three wars before Jesus returns as KING. The first and second may come consecutively, or they could happen in tandem–or be a short space apart. This war involves their immediate border neighbors and is described by several Old Testament prophets.
Iran is the wild-card, and it may be the conflict with Iran that sets everything off. When Israel attacks pre-emptively or in response to an attack from Iran, she will also find herself forced to deal with the Lebanon’s powerful Hezbollah military and Syria’s Assad with his sizable forces. This will likely bring aboard the rest of Israel’s border nations. Tis will be a very bad war, even if it is only “regional.” Millions will die.
This however will pale in comparison to the Ezekiel 38 & 39 war, which is the second of Israel’s last three wars. What many prophecy teachers are not aware of is that Iran gets hit twice. It is however easily shown in Scripture. The second hit will be when they are in league with Russia and most of the other Arab nations. This will be the igniting of WW3, and seems a must to happen either before or right at the very time of the Rapture of the Church. Multiplied millions more will die.
The third and last war of course will involve the entire world’s armies who meet in Armageddon, first of all to finally push Israel completely into the sea. The focus of the attack will turn against the returning of the Messiah with His saints. This is the final battle of the Apocalypse.
Will this attack on Iran happen tomorrow? I don’t know, and nobody else does either. We need to be prepared though. Regardless if this gets pushed off a little farther down the road, it can’t be delayed much anymore because there are many other things in play that are part of the over-all scenario, and these thiings are now imminent as well. We are there, folks.
I have been very troubled the last few days. God shows me these things and I have seen some of this play out in my own spirit and know we’re a whole lot closer than anyone wants to say. We are also facing cosmic events that very much look like they are going to affect our earth in a major way, possibly starting within weeks but that is the topic of another blog within the next few days.
I would like to leave you all with a Scripture that we need to take very serious. It is found in 1 Thessalonians 5:1-11:
“Now, brothers, about times and dates we do not need to write to you, for you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. While people are saying, “Peace and safety,” destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.
“But you, brothers are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief. You are all sons of the light and sons of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness. So then, let us not be like others who are asleep, but let us be alert and self-controlled. For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, get drunk at night. But since we belong to the day, let us be self-controlled, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet. For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. He died for us so that whether we are awake or asleep, we may live together with him. Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.”
Do I sound like a fanatic? Maybe, but I know the time we live in and am telling everyone I can. I am going out on a limb but for very good reason. The Great Tribulation is very close to beginning and that means that the Rapture of the Church is that much closer. The historic 4 bloods coming up are not randomly timed–just as they were not when they happened before. Let’s get our houses in order, maybe in a much more circumspect way than ever before.
When these things begin, life will change overnight and it will be drastic. The next top hit on the radio will not be important, nor will most of the things we are used to using as past-times or for entertainment. Fathers, make sure your family is ready, just like the Israelite fathers had to make sure their families were prepared for the exodus!
