DOCTRINES OF DEVILS, Part 1(of 2)

The subject of this article is one I do not relish delving into, but feel I must. Most of the Church, let alone the world’s people, have no understanding of the depth of the deception that is about to be offered on a religious silver platter. I am reminded of strong warnings in the Bible, one of which is found in 1 Timothy 4:1-2:

The Spirit clearly says that in later times, some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron. (NIV)

In 2 Timothy 3:1-5, we have another warning, again especially speaking to our generation:

But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God–having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them.

As I look back over the years, I recognize drastic changes. These include societal changes, changes in our culture, changes in morality, and spiritual changes. There was  a time when the Church was much more the “Salt of the Earth” than it is today. Much of the Church has been lulled to sleep and is in a dangerous spiritual condition today. As a result, the evil one has gained inroads and increased access to accomplish his wicked plans. It is important that we are aware that the devil is more than just some phantom, imaginary evil. He is very real, and he has a hatred for the human race that we cannot fathom. Years ago, a woman who was demon possessed came to me for counseling. She had been raised in witchcraft. On one occasion, her female voice changed into a deep, raspy man’s voice which asked me how long I was going to delve into Satan’s territory. Obviously, the deep male voice did not belong to this woman, but rather a demon spirit.

But we, as born again, Spirit-filled followers of the One True King, Jesus, have been given power to overcome the evil one.  This power comes only through close fellowship with our God, in and through Jesus, who is Truth. Without His Truth, we are naturally inclined to deception.  It is part of the sin nature that so easily draws at us.

Many philosophers, professors, self-proclaimed theologians and self-anointed prophets have too often taken God’s basic truths and twisted them into a distorted concoction that does not serve to improve man’s lot, but rather detours many down a road leading to destruction, and in the end, hell. Like the question that was asked of Eve by the serpent in the Garden, the same question is being asked today: “Hath God said?”  “Are you sure?”  “Is that what He really meant?”  “Are you sure He is not hiding ‘deeper’ truths from you?”

There is not a church denomination that has not been affected by a watering down of the Gospel of Christ. People in general today do not know their Bibles as they should and so they will believe things they are taught without vetting it for themselves with the Scriptures. There are doctrines God has given us in His Word that are “absolutes”, truths that cannot ever be negotiated. The one “absolute” found in the Word of God that is attacked more than any other has to do with the divinity of Jesus Christ. He was not just a prophet; nor was He just a world-class teacher; not just a great man. He was/is GOD. He was/is also a man, according to the plan of God to insert Himself into the human race via a humble virgin girl named Mary. Jesus was not half man and half God. He was all man and He was all God!

This is a truth that is hard for many to accept…..that God became man and dwelled among us.  How is that even possible?  We cannot understand it and then demonic pride in our own intellect will not allow the acceptance of God as the Bible teaches us. The results are well described in Romans 1:

The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities–his eternal power and divine nature–have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.

For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles.

Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator–who is forever praised. Amen. (verses 18-25, NIV)

As great as the heresies have been over the millennia, the greatest one is about to be revealed. When Jesus spoke to the disciples just before He was crucified, he warned them of the times ahead. He warned them strongly to see to it that they are not deceived. In Luke 21:8 He said:

“Watch out that you are not deceived. For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am He,’ and ‘The time is near.’ Do not follow them.” (NIV)

The Apostle John when he was an old man wrote in 1 John 4:3:

…but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world. (NIV)

More and more of so-called Christianity today is questioning the divinity of Jesus as the Son of God. The Holy Spirit inspiration of the Bible is also being questioned by many of our Bible colleges, universities, and seminaries. The world is instead being drawn to a supplanter, a counterfeit; a total fraud–and much sooner than most might expect. The spirit of antichrist has been in the world since the time that Jesus ascended back to the Throne, but it is about to manifest with the appearance of the actual Antichrist.

I have mentioned many times in previous articles that we are the terminal generation. I have also said that we are now so close to the return of Jesus Christ, and that prophecy is being fulfilled so quickly, that we should be expecting and watching for His imminent return. I have believed for some time now that it is closer than most of us think. As the true Body of Christ is preparing for the return of her Messiah, the unbelieving world is being prepared for a great disclosure; a disclosure that will deceive millions. Because of the urgency of what is coming, I feel I have to deal with a subject that the Church as a whole does not want to touch.

What if we got up tomorrow and every news channel in the world was tuned in to some chosen location on the planet where we saw the most powerful political leaders of the world assembled, along with the representatives of the greatest religions of the world. As we watched, a religious figure informs the world that contact has been made with extraterrestrial intelligence; in fact, they are here now and are offering their help in rescuing the world from certain cataclysm, destruction, and ultimate doom. They are also here to show us how to progress into more mature and evolved members of the Federation of Star people. They intend to share their superior technology so that we cannot only live on a clean planet but also experience freedom from sickness, disease, and ultimately even death. They will teach us how to leave our warlike nature behind and bring peace and safety to our troubled planet.

Would we be shocked? Would we recognize the deception.  Or would we, along with most of the world, swallow this “hook, line, and sinker.”

Over time I have spoken freely about the apostasy that is coming upon our world. I have gone into some detail about the history of the Roman Catholic Church and, in the process, have made it clear that the Protestant Church cannot be given a pass on the doctrinal fallacies they have allowed to creep into Church doctrine. In this article however, I intend to go much farther, and it might prove uncomfortable–in fact, maybe even unbelievable.  All of what I am about to share is, however, well documented, with a number of quotes from high ranking leaders of the Catholic Church today. My goal is not to attack the Catholic Church, but rather to expose a great error that is going to bring about a great deception.

There has been a movement for years to bring all of the religions of the world together under one banner. Roman Catholic popes have been working on this and, what is even more amazing is that many of the religions of the world, including Protestant denominations, have gradually been coming together. There have been large ecumenical gatherings of the top religious leaders in different locations around the world since at least Pope John XXIII. These ecumenical meetings have centered on how to bring all the worlds’ religions together. It may be surprising to some to know that even Islamic leaders have chosen to participate. In fact, the present pontiff, Pope Francis, seems to have a special inroad with some of the most powerful leaders of Islam today and is finding points of agreement.

What would likely be a most stunning revelation for most Catholic laity is that the uppermost echelons of the Roman Church have set themselves up to be the religious authority on, as well as ecclesiastical benefactor of, the authorized public admission of advanced extraterrestrial intelligence.

It is worth noting that Pope Francis is the first Jesuit ever to become Pope. For those that might wonder why this is significant, a bit of research into what the Jesuits represent is worth the time and effort. The order of the Jesuits was formally confirmed under the authority of Pope Paul III in the fall of 1540. It was initially formed as an anti-reformation organization. The agenda of the Jesuits was to re-convert as many Catholics who had turned to Protestantism as possible. Their intent was to destroy the Protestant movement. The goal of the Jesuits has also been to bring all of the religions of the world under the umbrella of the Mother Church. The world now has a Jesuit pope at the helm in the Vatican, and gradually the world is finding out that he has an additional agenda, and this is what I hope to confirm in this article.

There has been a debate within the Vatican for centuries, questioning whether there could be any other worlds within this vast universe inhabited by intelligent beings. Some notable names became involved in this dispute, including St. Thomas of Aquinas. As documentation now shows, at least within the upper end of the power structure of the Vatican, there is no more question; in fact, with the doctrinal changes that are already in process, it will be considered heresy to deny their existence because it would be limiting God’s creativity!

Many of the Jesuits are deeply involved in the study of astronomy, with much more of an emphasis on the cosmos and possible dangers the earth may experience. Lately, there is notable consistency coming from the Jesuit astronomers to indicate that Rome seems to be moving the religious world toward a definite announcement. The kind of public statements being made by the Vatican, along with the theological arguments concerning extraterrestrial intelligence voluntarily made public, are specifically intended to impact Christianity.

With all that the Church of Rome is saying publicly, one can surmise that they have knowledge of some facts not revealed yet that may have far-reaching effects. This also sets Rome up as knowingly or ignorantly becoming the source of a massive end-times deception with regard to “salvation from above.” History shows us that mankind’s need of some type of a “savior” is usually displayed when under duress. The world today is under great pressure, and from many directions, and so is ripe for a supernatural answer, be it from heaven or hell. As Ted Peters, professor of systematic theology at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary, wrote:

“With the constant threat of thermonuclear destruction in the post-World War II era leaving our planet in a state of insecurity and anxiety, it is no wonder many have begun to hope for a messiah to save us. The holiness of the sky and the need for a salvation converge and blend when the bright clean powerful UFO zooms up onto the horizon. Could it be our celestial savior?”

Most every culture on earth has in their religious beliefs a supernatural intervention from the “gods”. Because of this, the world will easily walk into a set-up which will turn out to be nothing less than a nightmare, literally from the pit of hell. This is the direction that all of the religious unity will take the planet. The fallen Lucifer has lusted to be worshipped from the time of his fall. This is what drove him to bring about the fall of Adam and Eve. He enticed them into listening to his lying promises and turn against their Creator’s simple requirements. Those same lies are still being told and are still being believed by the majority. The Hopi Indians see a blue star coming to save them from the Apocalypse, and the Vatican astronomers see their “space brothers” en route to guide us into the light. Evangelical Christians on the other hand know the Antichrist will come ahead of the revealing of the true Kingdom of God, and will assume the role of a fabricated end-time messiah who counterfeits the real Second Coming with a counterfeit second coming that just happens to include heavenly “signs and lying wonders” as we read about in 2 Thessalonians 2:8-11:

And then the lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, and every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie…

One of the Vatican’s top astronomers, was asked to comment about accusations that the Vatican is leading the world into a disastrous satanic plot. To this, Jesuit Brother Guy Consolmagno admitted that the Jesuits are: 1) the strongest advocates of “inculturation” (allowing alien cultures to maintain their paganism while modifying expressions of Christian ideas within those beliefs); 2) accepting of “alien cultures for who they are;” and 3) willing to adapt alien “religious practices into a form and language that can be accepted.” Consolmagno’s statements are monumental. Father Domenico Grasso is quoted as saying that extraterrestrial beings would not only be–

“far ahead of us in science and related fields, but that their version of salvation might be based on a savior other than Jesus…even a messianic member of their own race.”

These beings, closer to God than man (perhaps even unfallen), would possess superior theology that could “expand markedly” our terrestrial understanding of redemption and knowledge of God.

Another Church scholar, Father Thomas F. O’Meara, a theologian at the University of Notre Dame, imagined these godlike beings spread out across universes–

“on untold planets called to a special relationship with God” and that “it is a mistake to think that our understanding of ‘covenant,’ the ‘reign of God,’ ‘redemption,’ or ‘shared life’ exhausts the modes by which divine power shares something of its infinite life.”

Catholic leaders like these hint at the idea that other creations may exist with the future redemption of humanity in mind–beings that will know when the time is right for them to intervene. These thoughts are not new. They have been tossed around in Catholic seminaries since the 1800’s. It has also been openly stated that the day will come when there will need to be a well documented encounter between earthlings and aliens.

I find it interesting to note the Quran saying that this encounter may happen sooner than most suspect and at a specific and hidden time that God Himself has already chosen. In “Revelation, Rationality, Knowledge & Truth”, Muslim scholar Mirza Tahir Ahmad quotes verse 42:30 of the Quran:

“And among His Signs is the Creation of the heavens and the earth, and of whatever living creatures He has spread forth in both…And He has the power to gather them together when He will so please…”

Just the fact that this was written about 1400 years ago is interesting. There are numerous religious and secular sources that verbalize the expectation of eventual contact between the human race and “godly” aliens. There is an obvious excitement expressed about this inevitable historic “Disclosure” moment. In the condition that our world is in today, this is something very dangerous and incredibly deceptive.

The late Malachi Martin, professor of Palaeontology at the Vatican’s Pontifical Biblical Institute, serving as personal friend and advisor to three popes, belonged to the Jesuit order for decades. Before asking to be released from his Jesuit vows in 1964 and subsequently moving to New York, he strongly warned of what would happen if the Jesuits took over the Vatican. Martin was murdered mid-1999 while working on a most revealing book about the inner workings of the Vatican. His warnings are now coming true, especially about the inner war for control of the Catholic Church, particularly within the Vatican itself.

There is some evidence that Pope Francis is preparing at least one special encyclical (papal document addressed to the bishops of the world, used to condemn some prevalent form of error, point out dangers which threaten faith or morals, exhort the faithful to constancy, or prescribe remedies for evils foreseen or already existent.) Some with inside knowledge suggest that this encyclical has to do with a support platform being built to back a new theology, having something to do with extraterrestrials.

One thing that Malachi Martin had warned about was that the Jesuits would use the unique power of the Vatican as a power machine to set up the New World Order. The Vatican has been around for a very long time and has bilateral relations with most nations. Due to its unique status and long history, it wields a great amount of influence and power when needed. The Holy See is in a definite unique position to sway the leadership of the nations of the entire globe when the moment of Disclosure arrives.

Pope Francis is doing exactly what the Jesuits have wanted to do all along, and that is to set up a New World Order based on socialism and Agenda 21. For those unfamiliar with Agenda 21, you might want to do some personal research on the subject. Most will be shocked at the reach Agenda 21 has, and the power that can potentially be wielded through it towards the goal of a world dictatorship. The Jesuits would work to ultimately cooperate with the Antichrist and further his objectives.

Both the Antichrist and False Prophet will have an allegiance that is not from this earth. The Bible makes this clear. Daniel the prophet tells us that their belief system will honor a strange alien god. Daniel 11:36-39 reads:

The king will do as he pleases. He will exalt and magnify himself above every god and will say unheard-of things against the God of gods. He will be successful until the time of wrath is completed,  for what has been determined must take place. He will show no regard for the god of his fathers or for the one desired by women, nor will he regard any god, but will exalt himself above them all. Instead of them, he will honor a god of fortresses; a god unknown to his fathers he will honor with gold and silver, with precious stones and costly gifts. He will attack the mightiest fortresses with the help of a foreign god and will greatly honor those who acknowledge him. He will make them rulers over many people and will distribute the land at a price. (NIV)

In Hebrew, when it says he will honor a god of forces (or fortresses), a god his fathers did not know, this is “Bel-Shamem”, lord of the heavens or the outer sphere. This is a deity whom the Manichaean Gnostics worshipped as “the greatest angel of light.” When the Hebrew speaks of a “strange” god, it can be translated an “alien” god. This opens a subject that many would rather not consider. Who is this “god”? Where is he really from? Is he human or is he something else? We will get into this a bit more as we get deeper into the subject.

Some might ask the question, “Why would I care who this is or where he comes from?” It is not important to know who this person is, but it is important to recognize his appearance is now imminent and that the world around us is being set up for what the Bible calls “The Great Delusion”. There have been many attempts at defining what this delusion will be, but I believe it will be much greater than people have ever imagined it could be. As long as the true remnant Bride of Christ is still on this earth, we still have the “ministry of reconciliation”–the reconciliation between God and humanity that Paul spoke to the Corinthians about. People around us need answers to the nagging feeling in their gut which tells them something really big is about to appear. It certainly is!

My writing of this article is not intended to be about UFO’s although it is impossible not to mention them due to the subject matter. It is important for us to understand what the Jesuit astronomers are looking for and what they are expecting in the very near future. What are they looking for?

I mentioned earlier that the Jesuits are heavily invested in the study of astronomy. Something that most are not aware of is that the Vatican owns two of the telescopes located on Mount Graham, approximately an hour’s drive outside of Tucson, Arizona. The Vatican Advanced Technology Telescope  (VATT) was one of two telescopes beginning operations in 1993. In 2008 the Vatican began working with what is reported to be the most powerful telescope in the world. It is the large binocular telescope with the nickname “L.U.C.I.F.E.R.”, which stands for “Large Binocular Telescope Near-infrared Utility with Camera and Integral Field Unit for Extragalactic Research.” Actually, the Lucifer device, or “Lucy” as it is nicknamed, is a specialized camera that is installed between the two giant lenses. “Lucifer 1” was installed in 2010 and “Lucifer 2” may have been installed by the time of this article. So, why would the Vatican be so deeply interested in astronomy? Are they looking for something special?

Without going into all of the technological information that defines this state of the art telescope, let me just say that it is especially designed to be able to see into the infrared portion of the light spectrum. When you and I look up at the heavens, our eyes see a very small percentage of what is really there. One part of the light spectrum we cannot see is “infrared” light. Many of the heavenly bodies in the universe have almost no light source of their own and so are impossible to see with the limited human range of visibility. The scientists that operate the telescope report that among the most important research occurring with the site’s Vatican astronomers is the search for extrasolar planets and advanced alien intelligence.

The search for extrasolar planets doesn’t bother anyone, but the mention of advanced alien intelligence usually brings a negative reaction–especially in Christian circles. In September of 2012, authors Tom Horn and Chris Putnam were given a guided tour of both the VATT telescope and the LBT (Lucifer Binocular Telescope). They spent the better part of a day walking through the giant buildings that house the telescopes and had opportunities to speak with several of the Jesuit scientists and technicians there. One thing they mentioned in their description of the day was how surprised they were at the open commentary about Unidentified Flying Objects. They were caught off guard at the ease and matter-of-fact attitude with which the astronomers and technicians spoke of the UFO’s! In fact, they saw so many of them in the infrared light range that they seemed a nuisance. They were everywhere and apparently never, not there!

Jesuit priest, Guy Consolmagno, who was mentioned above, serves as a spokesman for the Vatican quite often. His resume includes having worked at NASA and having taught at Harvard and MIT, and currently dividing his time between the Vatican observatory and laboratory “Specola Vaticana” headquartered at the summer residence of the Pope in Castel Gandolfo, Italy, and Mt. Graham in Arizona. He spends a lot of time discussing and trying to reconcile science and religion, especially with the subject of extraterrestrial life and its potential impact on the future of faith. In a booklet he wrote entitled “Intelligent Life in the Universe: Catholic Belief and the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligent Life,” 2005, he admits how contemporary societies will “look to The Aliens to be the Saviours of humankind.” Here are top representatives of the Vatican’s religious leadership piloting this ship!
