Most of us know that we should pray for God’s will in all things, but, whether we admit it or not, many of us are afraid to do so. Why? Because we’re not sure that His will is the best thing for us. We are afraid that God’s will and ours are at times not in sync. If we, however, were able to see the whole picture, we would see that it is our will that falls short of fulfilling our lives, not His. The truth of the matter is, when our will and His contradict, His is by far the better of the two — not just for His purposes, but also for us. In fact, His will includes His plans for our eternal blessing. If we could really see what He does, we would always choose His will — not because we’re so mature, self-less, or God-centered, but because we would realize that His agenda always leads to His blessing — even when we can’t see how it is even possible.
We don’t see it because we are used to human relationships in which our differences are among equals. Not so when we have differences of wills with God. Our relationship with God is more like a parent-child relationship. The parent usually knows best. In God’s case, He always knows best. Living out that understanding is easier said than done. A child’s vision is too limited — as is ours as children of the Sovereign Living God. He may lead us through difficult times, but He guarantees there will always be greater blessings in the end. Our vision is too limited to see this, so we hesitate to pray as Jesus instructed. But, God never fails!
Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ… Philippians 1:6
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11
On to the House of Blessing:
I received so much information in the last 2-3 days, I have had to pare the reports down a bit. There is more information to come. The first two reports are from Dr. Nibras and refer to some of the horrific events of the past few days. There are a few overlaps in information but that is because it came a piece at a time. The first report was received from Dr. Nibras on 3/19/2026.

Peace be upon you brother Jack. I am passing on stories about HOB missionaries who gave their lives for daring to spread God’s love to the lost. Today, I received one of those informational calls, bringing with it the long-awaited good news of the Gospel reaching more people, along with other news that is difficult to hear and comprehend.
You know that an explosive device detonated inside a mosque while Pastor Abdelrahem, Hayel, and Arshid were giving lessons, praying, and invoking blessings upon the HOB students. Immediately after the explosion, a large group of men threw themselves over their beloved Pastor Abdelrahem, shielding him from as many shrapnel wounds as possible. 113 of these men were killed, and scores more injured, but thanks to them, the Pastor survived. He, however, sustained eight serious shrapnel wounds to his legs. Because he had lost feeling in his legs, he was able to have the shrapnel removed, but lost a great deal of blood. The men gave their lives to protect their pastor. Let us continue to pray for the families of these men as they continue to spread the good news of God’s love and care for the sins of humanity through Jesus Christ two thousand years ago. I wish I knew the names of all of the HOB missionaries who have been martyred over the years, but I do not. Yet God knows each one of them perfectly and has recorded every detail of their lives. They will be rewarded eternally for their faithfulness and dedication to service until their last breath!
In their final moments on this earth, their eternal destiny was sealed in Christ Jesus, as they had asked Him to forgive their sins and had accepted His free gift of salvation. What a miracle! The transformation of a person’s life from a certain fate in the darkness of Godlessness to paradise in His glorious presence is a far greater miracle than any physical healing or even resurrection! Hallelujah!
While all these attacks were going on, hundreds more became followers of Christ Jesus! Our Lord has consistently answered one of our most fervent prayers: that each of the fallen missionaries would multiply by at least a hundredfold. And it has, and much more! This has happened from the beginning until this very day! Praise be our God!
While missionaries learn to trust in God every day of their lives, they witness thousands of innocent people being slaughtered. Believers in the West cannot even imagine it. Yet, it is important that we allow ourselves to be moved by what is happening in other parts of the world. The fallen Lucifer knows his time is short, yet he still intends to triumph! Can he? Of course not, yet in his twisted vision, he thinks he will destroy Jehovah God’s sovereignty and dominion over His creation — and over eternity! It will not happen!! Our God is God! There is no god but God! Let us look at this powerful passage in Isaiah 45:
5 “I am the LORD, and there is no other. There is no God besides Me. I will guide you, though you have not known Me, 6 that they may know from the rising of the sun to its setting that there is none besides Me. I am the LORD, and there is no other; 7I form the light and create darkness; I make peace and create calamity; I, the LORD, do all these things.” Isaiah 45:5-7
While all these events are taking place, great gains are being made in Kurdistan, western Iran, and Iraq. What an ongoing miracle! As we submit ourselves to the Lord’s authority and leadership, tens of thousands of souls are being converted. How great is our Father’s love!
The world of the faithful, for the most part, is unaware of the extent of the sacrifices being made — and indeed, it is not important for everyone to know the details, except that the Kingdom of God has been given the highest priority. This is what matters most, especially now. Time is very short, we are at the end of time, and our Lord is about to call His faithful servants to him!
Thinking about the afterlife is one of the qualities possessed by those who lay down their lives for Christ, a quality that others seem to lack. Although they possess a lofty spiritual inclination, they are not so preoccupied with thoughts of heaven that they are content to remain on earth eagerly awaiting it, nor are they so zealous that they become consumed by studying end-times prophecies at the expense of everything else. They desire to do what makes a difference in this life for the sake of heaven, and they strive to make that difference daily. What is the true value of life on earth compared to eternity in heaven ? Is it not worthwhile to endure some hardships here to make a difference in our eternal life there?
I believe it is important to understand how the end-times prophecies are being fulfilled. Understanding current events also has immense benefits, especially since nearly a third of the Scriptures deal with prophecy. At the same time, we must be engaged in the mission of our Heavenly Father, which is to fulfill the Great Commission. As we draw closer to the beginning of the Lord’s great and terrible day, the danger increases for true believers in Jesus Christ. For this reason, it is crucial that we maintain a close relationship with Him. We cannot do this without Him.
The Apostle Paul said this in 2 Corinthians 4:11-18:
11For we who live are always delivered to death for Jesus’ sake, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh. 12So then death is working in us, but life in you. 13And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak,14knowing that He who raised up the Lord Jesus will also raise us up with Jesus, and will present us with you. 15For all things are for your sakes, that grace, having spread through the many, may cause thanksgiving to abound to the glory of God.
Therefore, we will not give up. How could we? Although things may seem to be falling apart around us, inside, where God is creating new life, not a day goes by without His grace being revealed. These difficult times are nothing compared to the happy times to come, the joyous celebration prepared for us. There is so much more to it than meets the eye. What we see now is fleeting, but what we do not see now will endure.
His servant forever,
Dr. Nibras

This second report was received on 3/20/2026 and provides some details to what has been happening to the six House of Blessing elders. There are many details that will probably be provided in days ahead, but the House of Blessing wanted to make sure that all know that the prayers of God’s people have prevailed. One of the events that is barely referred to below is the fact that 20+ guards were supernaturally blinded after the atrocities they had taken part in. It was one of those things that God caused to happen without us, with our limited view, without knowing what His perfect plan was. I will let Dr. Nibras tell the story…
************
Just moments before receiving the latest news from the House of Blessing in other locations, I was reading a passage from the Bible, in the First Epistle of Peter:
7But the end of all things is near. Therefore be earnest and steadfast in your prayers. And above all things, have fervent love for one another, for “love will cover a multitude of sins…” verses 7,8
11If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen. vs 11
12Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; 13but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy. 14If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified. Verses 12-14
Today’s story again demonstrates God’s great love for people, regardless of who they are or what they have done in the past.
As reported previously, brother Omar and his fellow missionaries, along with five HOB elders were seen preaching and spreading the gospel of Jesus in an undisclosed region of Iran when they were arrested by a group of Islamists. They were asked directly what they were preaching, and after the missionaries confirmed that they were Christians and that the message they were spreading was about Jesus Christ, the angry jihadists insisted that there was only one prophet, his name is Muhammad, and that they were only allowed to preach or teach about Islam.
The missionaries were given the choice between renouncing their Christian faith and returning to Islam, or face the consequences. None of the missionaries renounced their faith in Jesus. All the missionary teachers were taken to another location and in short order, executed. The six elders were bound hand and foot, strung up with ropes and denied food or water. As reported previously, they were stripped of their clothing with the exception of their underwear. They spent over a week suspended, out in the open, enduring vicious beatings and other forms of torture, yet they refused to submit to their captors’ demands. Because of the harsh conditions and cruel treatment, they believed that this was the moment their lives would be taken. They were happy to die if that was God’s will for them.
After more than a week, their captors brought three officers to decide their fate. As the officers interrogated the men, they appeared visibly moved, as did the judge. A senior officer informed them that they would be interrogated and then executed.
The men were asked about the leader of their missionary work. Omar spoke up, declaring himself their leader, and told them he would provide any answers they needed. The brothers spoke up and refused to recognize Omar as the leader, saying, “What happens to him happens to all of us; we live and die together.” As the interrogation continued, brother Omar gave his testimony to the officer, explaining the story of God’s love for humanity and the significance of Jesus’ death on the cross. While Omar answered the questions with fervor and conviction, defending the Gospel message, the officers’ eyes welled up with tears. Judge Hamoush then told Omar and the missionaries that he had made a grave mistake a week earlier. He had sentenced 150 teachers to death, men who had testified to Jesus in the same way as Omar. He confessed that he had not been able to sleep well since ordering the execution of those 150 men. He had since lost his family and was suffering torment day and night, finding no glimmer of hope or peace. Then he asked Omar, “Would your God forgive even someone like me?? Would He heal the blinded guards?”
Omar’s reply was, “Yes, if you are sincere and humble before God, He will forgive you! I can guide you in the prayer of repentance, and if you are sincere, God will forgive you completely and welcome you into His family.” The officers, the judge, and their companions prayed and asked Jesus to forgive their sins, inviting Him into their hearts and lives as Lord and Master. The judge then said he would take charge of all the officers and their insistence on entering into faith in Jesus. When night fell, the missionaries were released. However, all the officers decided to remove their uniforms and weapons and asked to travel with Omar to learn about God so that they too could become missionaries. Hamoush (the judge) then took the former officers to his home, sat with them, and they were all baptized according to the Scriptures. Prayers were offered for the men who had been struck blind, and they were healed. Aylout and Ma’touq prayed for them, and more than 50 officers were born again.
There are hundreds that are waiting to join the School of Ministry. Classes will resume. We worship a great God, and He will multiply what is given from a joyful and generous heart! We don’t know, but these may be the last months we have available to dedicate ourselves to this work before the Lord calls the rest of the believers to Himself. Allow me to remind all of the wonderful passage in 2 Corinthians 9:
But I say this: Everyone who sows a little will reap a little, and everyone who sows much will reap much. Each one should give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver…. (due to the length of today’s update, I have shortened the passage. The full Scripture is 2 Corinthians 9:6-11)
Forever His servant,
Dr. Nibras

The third report was received 3/19/2026, and was from Abdelrahem after his ordeal in the mosque:
Peace be with you, my brother Jack, and with all the followers and loved ones of Jesus who prayed for us with all their hearts. This is a message from Pastor Abdelrahem.
Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends. John 15:13
My brothers and sisters, beloved of the Lord, thank you for your love and support. Your prayers have opened the gates of heaven, and I praise God for His power to raise the dead. I know I am not alone in this battle; you –God’s army — are with me, surrounding me with your love and prayers. I want to thank each and every one of you. How dear you are to my heart for your great concern and intercession on my behalf.
I am grateful and filled with love for the 113 men who gave their lives to protect me. When the bomb exploded, they covered me with their bodies to shield me from death. To see them give their lives so that I might live — what love! What faith! There are no words to describe such men — they are heroes, angels of God. Whenever I think of them, tears stream down my face. I will always remember them and care for their families as long as I live.
There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. I thank God, for I know they are now with Jesus, who gave His life for them. He is their shield and protection forever.
Please pray for an end to the wars in Iran and Iraq, and for the safety of the missionaries of the House of Blessing and the Widow Sisterhood. In the midst of darkness and destruction, the Word of God is alive, and they are winning souls daily for His Kingdom. God is gracious, and He watches over His beloved. They are all well, and they will not allow the enemy to defeat this great divine movement in the Middle East. We must hasten while the door of salvation is open — more wheat, more oil to feed the hungry, and more Gospels to disciple new believers.
God has kept me alive for His great and noble purposes, and I live to serve Him. I am stronger than ever, and I will remain obedient. He has chosen me — and you — to surrender ourselves completely to Him at this time.
Thank you again for your love. The gates of heaven are truly open because of your prayers.
May the Lord bless and keep you; May the Lord make His face shine upon you. May He be merciful to you. I ask you, and those with me, to make sacrifices, but I ask the Lord to provide Bibles and educational booklets. Pray that the printing press does not close. Nothing is more important than printing and distributing the word of the Lord. The people here are thirsty and in need of this word. The Gospel is food for their souls. May the Lord bless you and bless your generosity. We will continue until the Lord comes. There is no fear now, for the angels of the Lord protect us. Have no fear. Prepare yourselves; be ready. The time of His coming is near.
May the Lord make His face shine upon you and grant you peace.
Your servant and servant of the Lord’s work,
Abdelrahem

Thank you all for your prayers and generous support. The House of Blessing knows that many people around the world have been holding them up in prayer. When special requests for prayer are sent out, the responses are very quick. Thank you! The challenges the House of Blessing is facing are enormous but our God is sovereign and always in control — no matter how it may look. The loss of so many teachers in such a short time has presented huge challenges. Many of these teachers were responsible for teaching hundreds of new believers. But, adjustments are made and the work continues. Thousands of Bibles and tens of thousands of teaching booklets continue to be printed, though the financial burden now after Ramadan has ended is very great. I just received a message minutes ago that another 5,000 teaching booklets are ready for shipping across the Mideast. Praise God!! Thank you for your help in covering these printing costs.
Forever in His Service,
Jake (aka Jack)
