In Isaiah 5, we find a description of a culture that sounds very much like our world today. The very things God was about to judge Judah for are overwhelmingly present in our own generation. In verses 8-23, we have a list of “excesses” that are very much present today. Verses 8-10 is a description of uncontrolled greed. In verses 11-12, it is selfish pleasure by means of entertainment and drunkenness. In verses 18-19 an eagerness to participate in sin is described. In verse 20 we find a twisted morality with evil being called good and good being called evil. In verses 22-23 Isaiah describes a perversion of power and justice. This all sounds like today! Today’s culture is so twisted and depraved that we can expect God’s justice on our fallen world at any time. And yet, we are still here!

We have been taught that God’s blessing is on those who are poor in spirit … those who mourn … those who are meek … those who hunger and thirst after righteousness … the merciful … the poor in heart … the peacemakers … those who are persecuted. These are the “Be” Attitudes for followers of Jesus. How do we fit in this world? Not very well! It is difficult to live contrary to our culture. Yet, we are called to be salt and light in this world. Even though we find ourselves swimming upstream against a sometimes violent current, we continue as heaven’s ambassadors to our fallen world. God is not willing that any perish, and as long as He has not yanked us out of here, we must keep our candlelight burning! May we all receive a fresh anointing from on High to continue going against the grain! Jesus is coming SOON!

The first report in this update was received from Dr. Nibras on April 6, 2026

My brother Jack, peace be upon you and all the beloved of the Lord. I just sent the 24th chapter of Luke to the HOB brothers. Verses 30 and 31 read this way:

“Now it came to pass, as He sat at the table with them, that He took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to them. Then their eyes were opened and they knew Him; and He vanished from their sight.”

I pray that the Lord will open the eyes of humanity as He opened the eyes of the two men who were walking to Emmaus, so that they may recognize Him in this time when we are in dire need of turning to Him in everything. Let us consider for a moment the contrast between light and darkness. In the Bible, darkness symbolises evil. What is darkness? Darkness is absence — the absence of light. The same is true of evil. Evil is not a reality in itself, but rather the absence of reality. Evil is not part of creation, but rather a denial of creation; in fact, it is a denial of God, the almighty Creator, Himself. Evil cannot exist except by denying good, and what is the source of all good? God. Here is a short excerpt from spiritual reflections on this subject, written by Jonathan Cahn a few years ago.

“Truth exists in and of itself; it simply exists. Falsehood, however, cannot exist without truth. A lie is a distortion of truth, and therefore it only exists in the presence of truth, and its denial. Likewise, life exists without death, but death cannot exist without life; death only exists as the negation of life. Good exists without evil, but evil cannot exist without good; evil is the denial of good, the force of opposition. We cannot distinguish darkness except in the presence of light, falsehood in the presence of truth, or wrong in the presence of right. Evil, in truth, is a witness — a hostile witness — bearing witness to the existence of truth, the darkness of hatred testifies to the existence of love, and the darkness of evil testifies to the existence of God. Do not let your heart be blind to goodness, but always strive to see it, for it is always present, transcending and surpassing evil…”

We find these words in the Apostle Paul’s letter to the Philippians:

Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Phil. 2:9

The light of the Gospel, which the HOB missionaries bring to the darkened and dying Muslim world, is the light they spread among Muslims everywhere. Only the true light of the Gospel can dispel the darkness of a Satan-inspired ideology focused on killing and death. It is truly a struggle between light and darkness, life and death, love and hate. Yet our missionary efforts have been extremely effective during Ramadan. And every year we ask ourselves: Is this the last Ramadan before the true Church disappears from the face of the earth? Could it be this year? I wonder…

I was informed that several teams, men and women from the House of Blessing, continue to spread the Gospel to everyone they meet as they travel from place to place. These men — Omar, Shahbandar, Mortada, Durgham, and Malih — were very busy preaching and teaching people about the awaited Messiah, urging them to accept Him as their Savior while there is still time.

I was also told that Mufida, Hafiza, Ferial, and Labiba were very busy traveling between tents and refugee camps to teach women the principles of Christianity, and especially, of course, the truth about Jesus. They have achieved good results in spreading the Gospel and praying with the women they meet. In the past few days, another 254 women have converted to Christ along with their families.

Omar noted that the missionaries have observed a marked change in people’s moods this year, largely due to the horrors of war — particularly the reports coming from Iran — and we hardly need to be reminded that war is violent and brutal. We must remember what drives this war is a diabolical hatred of the Jewish people.

For God has an unbreakable covenant with the Jewish nation, a unique covenant, made only with the Jewish nation. God will help them through their ordeal, not because they deserve it more than any other nation on earth, but because God’s promise to them cannot be broken. He cannot break His promise, nor will He break it.

Prophetically, we are now witnessing the beginning of the fulfillment of the first verses of Zechariah 12. Note the words that the Holy Spirit revealed to the prophet Zechariah:

2Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem. 3And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it.  Zechariah 12:2-3

The “siege” mentioned in the second verse has not yet occurred, but it is coming, and very soon. Israel has always faced hardships unlike any other nation, and the situation today is no exception. The Bible says things will get worse, much worse. The preceding passage in Zechariah continues, saying that God will make Israel like a hearth in a pile of wood, like a burning ember in a heap of sheaves. God is about to do extraordinary things, and the world’s hatred will only intensify until God is forced to deal with Israel’s enemies as He did in the days of Gideon and the Midianites, and in the days of Hezekiah when he was threatened by the overwhelming military power of the Assyrians. God intervened then, and He will do it again — many times. We know this because the prophecies of the Bible have been 100% accurate, and that will not change.

Israel is far from perfect, and we know that the majority of Jews are still unaware of the true identity of their Messiah, Jesus. Therefore, it is easy to see how the deteriorating situation in the Middle East makes the mission of the HOB missionaries even more difficult. They have always faced the hatred of Muslims, Sunni or Shia, towards anyone considered “infidel,” especially Christians, and now a growing hatred towards Jews as well. Let us not forget that Jesus came into this world as a Jew. We ask you to pray sincerely for the HOB missionaries, as they are doing their utmost in these final moments before the true believers in Jesus are caught up.

This second report was sent by Pastor Abdelrahem and Dr. Nibras on April 7, 2026

Peace be upon you, my brother Jack, and upon all the beloved of Jesus. I found myself reminiscing about the past, recalling everything that has happened over the last ten years since fate brought me (Dr. Nibras), Pastor Rashid, the head of the church, Abdelrahem, and those with them together at the House of Blessing. I am a simple doctor; I don’t seek fame, nor do I want to be arrogant, and I will never forget that I am a servant of the Lord. God has done great things for me, for Pastor Rashid, and now continues to do for Abdelkrahem and the brothers and sisters. Tremendous spiritual interventions have radically changed the course of events here in the material world. But this is what God promised from the very beginning of the “mystery” church era. These were the words of Jesus in Acts 1:8:

“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses of Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

There are many skeptics who deny that the extraordinary works and miracles performed by the apostles and other Christians in the first century during their great mission of Christ are happening today, or even that they are impossible in this age. But we cannot judge the effectiveness of the Church of Jesus Christ today by what we see, or rather, what we often fail to see in the Western world! The Apostle Peter delivered a powerful sermon in Jerusalem on the Day of Pentecost. After the crowds listened to his words, they asked, “Brothers and sisters, what shall we do?” Peter replied:

38 “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.”  Acts 2:38-39

The promise Peter spoke of has encompassed every generation from that day forward, through the past two thousand years, right up to our own generation today! We know this because Hebrews 13:8 says, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.” The promise has not changed.

As Abdelrahem and I reminisced about the many incredible real-life stories that have unfolded over the years, I felt a strong urge to read Psalm 46. It begins with these words:

1God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. 2Therefore we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; 3 though its waters roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with its swelling. 4There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High. 5God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, just at the break of dawn. 6The nations raged, the kingdoms were moved; He uttered his voice, the earth melted.  Psalm 46:1-6

My aim here is not to offer a comprehensive theological interpretation of this psalm, but as we read these beautiful words, we are reminded that God’s promises are all-encompassing, covering every circumstance we may face during our short journey on this earth before entering eternity. This is the meaning of this psalm. But we are also a unique generation! We are the generation that will witness the return of Christ! His Second Coming is very near!

Although this psalm clearly demonstrates that God’s peace in our hearts is greater than any trial, disaster, or deception — using harsh earthly examples to illustrate the point — we, this unique generation, will witness the climax of this time! This means that “the mountains being moved and carried into the heart of the sea, the waters being stirred and roaring, the mountains being violently shaken” may literally happen very soon! These events are already unfolding and will intensify dramatically. Where will we get true peace? Only from our Heavenly Father!

The latter half of the psalm tells us:

7The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. 8Come, behold the works of the LORD, who has made desolations in the earth. 9He makes wars cease to the end of the earth; He breaks the bow and cuts the spear in two; He burns the chariot in the fire. 10Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth! 11The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge.  Psalm 46:7-11

The psalm contains many references to other biblical texts. But the most obvious one is: “The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge.” In other words, He is in complete control, no matter how it may seem to us.

Last week the House of Blessing experienced great blessings, but it also witnessed many challenges. Over a million people listened to the story of Jesus and His love for humanity, which was revealed in His death on the cross two thousand years ago. Thousands in each of our regions listened to the story, and thousands prayed the prayer of repentance in every one of our centers, asking Jesus to be their Lord and Master. Sisters Fatimia, Hafiza, Feriel, Sarhah, Aziza, Zainab, Ratiba, and their helpers continue to administer communion to the best of their ability. This leads additional thousands to decide to surrender their lives to Jesus. Many miracles are being witnessed and experienced as people are immersed in the worship of the coming King. Almost everyone is being baptized by the Holy Spirit and given the power to bear witness!

As Pastor Abdelrahem ascended up into the hills and chose to pray in the open air, more than 25,000 people followed him and the Holy Spirit manifested upon them all. Many were healed; elders drew near to the Lord, and people who could not walk ascended in wheelchairs and descended walking on their own two feet. Is this not the blessing of Jesus? Indeed it is!

Abdelrahem, Hayel, Arshid, Aylout, Ma’touq, Rabbi Sabazi, and Shabo say to you: “The coming of the Lord is near. It is near! Prepare yourself, my brother Jack! Let us pray to the Lord that the number of people in the House of Blessing may reach 2 million by the end of the year — if the Lord tarries that long.

May the Lord bless you.

Your brother,

Dr. Nibras, servant of the Lord

**************

There was so much information that came in these past days that I was not able to include everything in today’s update. There will be a follow-up in a day or two.

In conclusion, I want to thank you — in fact, all of the House of Blessing community wants to thank you for your prayers and support. We also want to thank the Lord for the enormous harvest of souls HOB is witnessing. It is God’s doing, and only He is big enough to support the weight of it all and the challenges it presents. Without us being in the field ourselves, we can’t even imagine! So, thank you!

Please feel free to contact the House of Blessing via either of the email addresses below. Thank you.

Forever in His Service,

Jake (aka Jack)
