One of the things that makes Christianity so unique is the mystery of God’s grace. We know from Scripture that God designated the Jewish nation as His chosen people. Why? Because He chose them, as Abraham’s seed, to be the vehicle to usher the Messiah into the world. And, we know that the covenant God made with Abraham and his descendants in Genesis 12:1-3 are still in effect today. God’s covenant was never rescinded. But, where does that leave the Gentile world? We know the Old Testament story of Ruth, the Moabitess. We also know the story of Rahab the harlot and her family that was spared when the city of Jericho was destroyed. Both of these women became part of the human ancestral lineage of Jesus Christ. God had always made provision for Gentiles if they agreed to follow God’s laws and desired to join with the Israelites.

There was another woman that most do not know as much about. Her name was Asenath. She was the daughter of a pagan priest in ancient Egypt. It is believed that she was a worshipper of the god Neith, who was the Egyptian goddess of war. This woman grew up totally submerged in a pagan religious society — not knowing anything different. Yet she was to become the wife of Joseph, son of Jacob, a Hebrew patriarch. Through Joseph, Asenath would become an integral part of Israel, an Israelite woman. She would birth two sons, the heads of two Jewish tribes, Manasseh and Ephraim. She, a pagan Egyptian woman, became joined forever to the nation of Israel, to its covenant, and to its eternal destiny.

There is an obvious application to us today. The mystery of Asenath is the mystery of the Church. This Egyptian woman was far removed from the God of Israel and His ways. Who are we, the Church? We were those who once dwelt in darkness, foreigners, strangers, those who walked far removed from God’s ways, and overwhelmingly, those born not of Israel but of the nations. We, spiritually Egyptian, have become “married” to a Hebrew Messiah. And through Him, we are joined to God, the Father.

In my archives, I have around 2,000 pages of stories of Muslim people who were also submerged in a religion built on doctrines of devils. God has reached out to sheikhs, mullahs, imams, and their followers all across the Mideast, and they have bowed the knee to Jesus Christ as their Lord and Master. Innumerable terrorists, ISIS members, Hezbollah, Al-Nusra, and many other insurgency groups. Many had been guilty of indescribable atrocities, yet, when they repented of their sins, they were forgiven, and as with all of the rest of us, those sins were totally eradicated. Now, they are preaching the same message to others like themselves, and many of them have or will pay the ultimate price for their testimony and faith in Jesus Christ.

11Therefore remember that you, once Gentiles in the flesh — who are called Uncircumcision by what is called the Circumcision made in the flesh by hands — 12that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. 13But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. Ephesians 2:11-13

Now on to the House of Blessing…

This first message was received from Dr. Bandis on June 9, 2026. You will remember that Dr. Bandis, a former professor of Islamic law at a prestigious university in Iran, is a relatively new believer who was with some of the brothers that nearly died because of Mustard Gas poisoning (thank God he is gradually healing). He shares some difficult information about Sheikh Dari an influential sheikh who was reached by Abdelrahem just a few months ago.

Peace be upon you, my brother Jack. I bring you sad news that has broken our hearts. Sheikh Dari was a Muslim sheikh for many years, a teacher of Islamic studies, and held a doctorate. Less than a year ago, Pastor Abdelrahem told him about Christianity. He believed and submitted to Jesus after studying the Bible. Brother Omar and the missionaries of the House of Blessing did the same with his congregation, telling them about the true God and His Son, Jesus Christ. After listening to them and understanding the power of Jesus’ blood, which cleanses from all sin and enables a living relationship with God, he became a follower of Jesus. After receiving discipleship training, brother Dari asked Omar, Murtada, and Shahbandar to send teachers to his location in east Iran. Some time ago, you might remember, my brother Jack, Brother Dari began teaching others the truths and principles found in the Bible, training them to continue the great mission of evangelism. It soon became clear that God had given him a special anointing, as he became an influential preacher of the Kingdom of God. From the day he believed, he dedicated his entire life to the message he received from the Lord. He also generously spent his own money to meet the needs of the ministry.

A short time ago, the Spirit of God began to inspire him to return to a mosque near Ahar, Iran (northern Iran) where he had previously taught. He obeyed the Lord, contacted the relevant authorities, and was given permission to come and give a lecture. Brothers Kayed and Sinjan, along with other leaders of the House of Blessing, also went to the mosque.

According to the report I received, at least 2,900 men gathered at the mosque to listen to this man. He began by telling them that a little over six months prior, he had come to believe in Jesus Christ, the true Messiah. As he shared his testimony, he told the assembled men that throughout his years as a Muslim sheikh, he had been teaching from a book filled with lies. After his conversion, he prayed day and night for God to forgive him for what he had taught — but he didn’t know what was in the Bible, so he had been teaching out of ignorance. Now that he understood the wonders of the Bible, he felt compelled to share these timeless truths from this great book with everyone!

After he told his story and delivered his sermon, every man in the mosque wished to have prayers offered for him so that his sins might be forgiven. To ensure that each man understood that sincere repentance was a prerequisite for the validity of the prayer of repentance, he took 100 men at a time and guided them in a prayer of repentance and submission to Jesus Christ. After the prayer time with each group of 100 men, and with the help of the HOB brothers who had accompanied him, the mosque was filled with the Spirit of God, so much so that more than 2,900 men shouted at the top of their lungs, “Glory to God! Hallelujah!”

Undoubtedly, the fervor was reminiscent of the early days of the church, when people from all walks of life found comfort, peace, and eternal security in placing their lives in the hands of the only One who could set humanity free forever. Acts 6:7 provides this glimpse into the history of the early church:

Then the word of God spread, and the number of the disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests were obedient to the faith.

Another passage from the Bible, found in Acts 8:4-8, provides another example:

4Therefore those who were scattered went everywhere preaching the word. 5Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria and preached Christ to them. 6And the multitudes with one accord heeded the things spoken by Philip, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did. 7For unclean spirits, crying with a loud voice, came out of many who were possessed; and many who were paralyzed and lame were healed. 8And there was great joy in that city.

The history of the Church, from its very beginning, is the history of thousands, then millions, who have found Christ for themselves. This is happening today throughout the world. The Middle East is experiencing the fastest growth of the Church in its last generation. This is exciting and encouraging, but the story of the miraculous growth of the Church of Jesus Christ today — as it always has been — is stained with the blood of martyrs.

The morning after this momentous event in the mosque, brother Dari was found lying on the ground by Kaid and Sinjan, two HOB brothers. He had been stabbed and left to die with two knives still embedded in his body.  Jesus told us, “The devil comes to kill and steal and destroy; I have come to give you life, and to have it abundantly.” Brother Dari has fulfilled his mission on this earth. He obeyed the call to take up his cross and follow his Lord. He is now enjoying the joy of his Lord along with several thousand other HOB volunteer missionaries who have given their lives over the years. But the fruits of his ministry will continue until the Lord calls us all to Him! These 2,900 men who have submitted to Jesus Christ will now all carry the same message to their families and friends. Jesus said this in John 12:24-26:

24 “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain. 25He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. 26If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor.”

The first step in the process of “dying” is complete submission to the will of the Lord. This does not necessarily require physical death, but it can sometimes occur. In the case of brother Dari, he was martyred for his faith in Jesus Christ. Although the view of the deceased Dari was painful, light shone from his face. We will meet brother Dari again in the Kingdom of God.

Work continues in all areas. Pastor Abdelrahem continues to urge the missionaries of the House of Blessing to be cautious in their work, paying close attention to the guidance of the Holy Spirit to avoid certain dangers.

Please continue to pray — sincerely. Pray for the conversion of more souls before it is too late. Pray for the fulfillment of the immense needs. Pray for the protection of the missionaries. The war is growing wider and more ferocious. The conflict will only worsen at this stage. But God is always in control! Over everything! He is worthy of all praise and worship!

Your brother,

Dr. Bandis, servant of the Lord and His work

The second message I received was from Pastor Abdelrahem on June 10, 2026. He provided information, telling the continuing story of brother Dari through his wife Maliha and Sheikh Al-Minawi and others.

Peace be upon you, brother Jack. A few days after Sheikh Dari’s assassination in Ahar, Iran, his widow contacted Dr. Bandis and Sheikh Al-Minawi. She told them that her husband had been eagerly anticipating receiving Holy Communion with all the new believers who had attended the meeting arranged at the mosque where he taught and brought souls to faith in Jesus. Sadly, he was killed on Monday morning and was unable to celebrate communion. Nevertheless, his widow, Maliha, felt inspired by God to proceed with her husband’s plans. He had been planning a lesson on Pentecost Sunday, scheduled for the 31st of the month. She asked Dr. Bandis and Sheikh Al-Minawi to contact the new believers and anyone else who wished to participate in this special gathering, inviting them to her home, which Al-Minawi had offered him for the following evening. She told them that her husband had prepared twelve bottles of herbal iced tea for this purpose. She also told them that as many sick people as possible should be invited, as she felt that God would heal them through communion. (Note: grape juice or communion wine is not always available and so communion is observed with what is available).

Before Maliha prepared the communion, the Lord instructed her to add certain ingredients to the bottles of cold tea. She gathered an additional 100 liters of water, some sugar, ginger, Ceylon cinnamon, cloves, ginger, galangal, mint, about a kilogram of various herbs, and some halved lemons. As Maliha placed all the ingredients in a large bowl and prepared the bread for the communion, Sheikh El-Minawi, knowing that several thousand might attend, expressed his concern that this wouldn’t be enough. 2,900 men had embraced the teachings of Jesus Christ on Friday, and at least a thousand more had joined them since. But Maliha assured him that this was what the Lord had commanded her to do.

As people began to arrive for this special communion celebration, brothers Kayed and Sinjan, and the other Christian leaders were astonished by the sheer number of people who poured into their house. They seemed endless, and they kept coming! In the end, they estimated that more than 6,500 people had attended!

(Note: I inquired how it was possible to have that many people gather at one house. I was told that Sheikh Al-Minawi’s mosque is close to where his home is located and the gathering was in the mosque itself.)

As the people gathered and received communion, many sick people arrived, including those with respiratory illnesses and other ailments. As they received communion, God began to heal some of them! Soon, someone began to play a tambourine, and the people began to sing, dance, and worship the Lord! After a while, as Al-Minawi recounts, the Holy Spirit descended upon them, and they began to speak in tongues they had never known before, just as happened in Acts 2! They praised, danced, sang, and worshipped God, who had freed them from their sins and promised them eternal bliss in His presence! This celebration continued, uninterrupted by unbelievers, until at least the early hours of the morning. The people didn’t want to go home, but eventually, the evening drew to a close.

What a series of miracles that sprang from the preaching of God’s Word by the former Muslim Sheikh Dari! Not only did thousands join the followers of Jesus Christ, the long-awaited Messiah and King, but many were also healed of their illnesses, as confirmed by qualified physicians. Then the Holy Spirit poured out upon this congregation of worshippers! What a glorious event! And this is only the beginning!

Another miracle, noticed by few, was that the communion drink never ran out. People continued to drink from it, then returned to their praise and worship. When the evening ended, a large quantity remained. It was distributed among those present, and some took it home to share with those whom God had brought to them. What do you think God did with the remainder? I am certain that God touched the hearts of many, healing them and baptizing them with His Holy Spirit when they submitted to his dominion. I know that these events have profound consequences.

The Book of Acts has been read again to them in the past few days because of this event. I feel a great spiritual excitement because I know this is part of the fulfillment of what the prophet Joel prophesied in the Old Testament, which is also recorded in the Book of Acts, my brother Jack.

28And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions. 29And I also on my menservants and on my maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days.  Joel 2:28-29

17And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams. 18And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days, and they shall prophesy.  Acts 2:17-18

My brother Jack, my brothers and sisters, we are living in the most remarkable time in the history of this weary world!

Several ages have passed since the creation of our world and the creation of Adam, the first human being. Four thousand years had passed since Adam and Eve disobeyed their Creator in the Garden of Eden, before the coming of the promised Redeemer. He lived, died, and rose from the dead, as he had promised. A few days after His ascension to the throne of God the Father in heaven, having fulfilled His purpose on earth as a human being, the Holy Spirit, the third member of the Trinity, descended upon the waiting worshippers in Jerusalem. This was called the “early rain,’ referring to the usual harvest season in Israel in the spring. The early rain prepared the soil for sowing the harvest seeds. We find that the early Church experienced this “early rain.” Acts 2:1-4 says:

1When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. 4And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

But in the autumn, another rain fell, called the “latter rain,” which brought forth the harvest. We find an interesting passage in the Epistle of James in the New Testament that refers to this:

Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently for it until it receives the early and latter rain.  James 5:7

During my meeting with the brothers, they gave me a brief summary of what is happening in the other areas where the HOB missionaries are working. Almost everyone is deeply affected by the conflicts in the Middle East. Many countries are involved, and although Syria, Iraq, and Iran have been described as the world’s killing fields for months, the situation is getting worse every day. Innocent people are dying everywhere, including dozens of Christians. In the area where Mufida and the Widow Sisterhood work, the women have seen dozens recover from their injuries, many of which were catastrophic. Others have died. The good news of Jesus and the power of His blood to forgive sins and grant eternal life in His presence has reached thousands! Several thousand families in Iran have also been reached in the past few days. God is merciful!

I believe the Red Horse Rider, along with the other Riders of the Apocalypse, are preparing for their final assault on this earth before the return of Christ.  For us believers in Jesus, it is essential to look to heaven because our salvation is very near. The time has also come for us to prepare to stand before our Judge and King. Are you all ready?

Unfortunately I was not able to teach all I had intended to during the past days because of the severe attacks, but we learn more and more from our Bibles every single day and all will be shared as we are given opportunity.

Please let our brothers and sisters know we are so very close to the end of the age and the soon return of the Lord Jesus Christ. Hasten to spread His words throughout the land among the people for whom we will be held accountable. Believe me, the elders and I weep because there are so many who are oblivious to the grace of the Gospel that the Lord has bestowed upon us. Bless you all!

His servant forever,

Abdelrahem

As you can see, there is a huge and continuing move of God among a great many Gentiles! There are also many Jewish rabbis and their congregations being reached in the Middle East. What a time we are living in! As we see what is unfolding all around our fallen world, we can tell that the Lord’s return is very, very near. The blast of that Great Trumpet and the Voice of God calling us to meet Him in the clouds is imminent.

In the meantime, the House of Blessing’s printshop needs to print at least 30,000 more teaching booklets and more Bibles. This happens with help from all of us who have prayed for HOB and supported them financially. All of HOB is very grateful for the generosity so many of you have shown. God has blessed and a great harvest of souls is being brought in. Thank you all who have helped, and thank you for those who will be led by the Lord to do so. It is an eternal investment.

Please email any questions to either of the email addresses below.

Forever in His Service,

Jake (aka Jack)
